Finally Aristo Team Won the Pharmaceutical Bowling Cup 2024
The results of the annual award in the HR field of the Russian pharmaceutical industry "The Employer of the Future - 2025" were summed up and the winners were announced at the festive ceremony on March 25. The voting for the best employer has been held since October 2024 till March 2025 among the employees of different pharmaceutical companies in Russia. All participating companies were splitted into three categories depending on their headcount number:
- up to 100 employees
- from 100 to 1000 employees
- more than 1000 employees
Aristo Pharma was recognized as the best company in the 1st category and awarded in two nominations:
1. the Best Internal Atmosphere in the company
2. the General Director of the Year - Jonas Tryggvason got the highest number of votes
Among other nominees there were such large Russian and international pharmaceutical companies as AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Dr. Reddy's, Bayer, Binnopharm, Amgen, Lundbeck, Pharmstandard, Ozon Pharmaceuticals, Akrikhin, Biocard and many others. "The Employer of the Future" award is organized by the professional community Pharma & Medical Recruitment and held since October 2022.
